PVO International has appointed Arjan Pols as Managing Director with effect from November 1st. Arjan will take over the position from Gideon Overwater. Under Gideon and Frank Heijckmann’s leadership, PVO has experienced strong growth and became a leading player in the European solar industry. The appointment of Arjan ensures that the path of success continues, and new opportunities will be explored to further strengthen PVO’s position. Arjan’s arrival marks a new chapter for PVO International, focusing on innovation and further expansion.

With his extensive experience in international trade and business development, and his proven track record as a people manager and team builder, Arjan Pols brings fresh energy and vision to PVO International. He has gained years of expertise within both large international companies and private equity portfolio companies, and has in-depth knowledge in sales management, strategic partnerships and business development. Arjan’s appointment follows a successful career backed by a solid academic background. He is determined to continue the course set by Gideon and realise new growth opportunities.
