Returning goods

If you wish to return your ordered goods, you can report the products by sending an email to our customer service ( or by calling +31 (0)85 782 00 55. Your return request needs to be reported within 7 days after the delivery.

We only accept returns when the products are unopened and undamaged (e.g. transport damage). After receiving your return request you will receive an unique return label from us. Send the return product with a copy of the packing slip and invoice to the address that our customer service has mentioned. After checking in our warehouse, we will credit the returned product. If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we are forced to reject your return request.
