PVO International deals exclusively in new and unique products. Our products are of the highest quality and are made to last. In the unlikely event you have a product that has failed by no fault of your own? Then we will replace it in accordance with the warranty provisions.

We guarantee the warranty and conformity as provided by law. In any case, the factory warranty of each product applies. We would like to refer you to the terms and conditions of our manufacturers for the manufacturer’s warranty. Of course we are happy to help make this process run as smoothly as possible. You have a right to replacement or repair if the product is broken by no fault of your own.

Return of faulty products from Trina Solar, JinkoSolar or GCL

After receiving the RMA-approval you will receive the RMA instructions for returning the goods. When you need to send back the goods, make sure that the products are wrapped properly and you added all the forms1 to the package. Wrapped properly means that the product, even though it is a defect, needs to be well packaged so it is protected against falling, bumping and dents.

Products which are returned without being properly wrapped and are unnecessary damaged during transport, will not be processed by PVO International.

After receiving the returned products we will process your RMA request as soon as possible. We will keep you informed about the progress of your RMA request. If you have any questions regarding the RMA, please contact our customer service.

* If your complaint is not detected and it is an wrongful claim of warranty then PVO International has the right to charge € 29.95 for research costs or to charge you with any research costs from the manufacturer.
