With the contact form you can ask questions or make requests. We use your email address, IP address and your full name. We will retain this information until the contact is closed.

We have a newsletter and only with your permission is you will be added to the list of subscribers. In our newsletter you can read the latest news, product and market information and specialist advice. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

At your request, we ask you to identify yourself by submission of a valid ID to ensure that you are the right person to whom the personal data enhancement. It is important that you provide your BSN and photo identification.

We will normally respond within 30 days to your request. However, this period may be extended for reasons related to the specific rights of data subjects or the complexity of the request. If we extend this period, we will inform you thereof in good time.

COMPLAINT

If you find that you are not helped in the right way, then you have the right to complain to the regulator. This is called the Authority Personal Data.
