PVO International deals exclusively in new and unique products. Our products are of the highest quality and are made to last. If you do have a product that is broken by no fault of your own, we will replace this in accordance with the warranty provisions.

We guarantee the warranty and conformity as provided by the law. In addition, the manufacturer’s warranty for each product applies in any case. We would like to refer you to the terms and conditions of our manufacturers for the manufacturer’s warranty. You have a right to replacement or repair if the product is broken by no fault of your own.

For the warranty of Enphase products, please contact our supplier Enphase directly. The European guarantees cover products installed in Belgium, France, Germany, the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

The global warranties cover products installed in countries which are not listed above. For more information about the global warranties visit their website or contact the Enphase Support Team.

If there are any problems with your Huawei product, which you have purchased by PVO International, please contact our service team. Report the error/malfunction that has occurred by completing the Warranty Form and send it to: service@pvo-int.com

Please send us a complete form and if possible pictures and as detailed information as possible about the faulty product. PVO International and Huawei will decide the further procedure for your problem.

Returns

Return of faulty products from Trina Solar, Talesun, GCL or Growatt

After receiving the RMA-approval you will receive the RMA instructions for returning the goods. When you need to send back the goods, make sure that the products are wrapped properly and you added all the forms to the package (RMA form and a copy of your invoice). Wrapped properly means that the product, even though it is a defect, needs to be well packaged so it is protected against falling, bumping and dents.

Products which are returned without being properly wrapped and are unnecessary damaged during transport, will not be processed by PVO International.

After receiving the returned products we will process your RMA request as soon as possible. We will keep you informed about the progress of your RMA request. If you have any questions regarding the RMA, please contact our customer service.

 

* If your complaint is not detected and it is an wrongful claim of warranty then PVO International has the right to charge € 29.95 for research costs or to charge you with any research costs from the manufacturer.
