Position Overview

We are looking for an Independent Sales Agent for our International Sales Team. This position is responsible for generating new business in the designated area Sweden. A successful candidate will produce a high level of sales activity through all phases of the client relationship: meeting with clients, generating and following up on leads, attending networking meetings and tradeshows, understanding client needs, creating proposals, closing business and delivering a high level of client satisfaction. Daily activity is reported and tracked in our CRM system (Synergy). Our Sales Agents are provided clear objectives and targets. The position is remote-based; with support from our home office and operations team in Rosmalen, Netherlands.


About You

  • A successful candidate for our team will be a self-starter; results-oriented, independent, entrepreneurial, communicative, persuasive, proactive, a closer and a reliable partner.
  • The ability to build relationships with clients and secure repeat business is a must.
  • Native level command of the local language and proficient in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales. Experience in the solar industry is a must.


Terms of employment

Contract or Independent Broker. This is remote (home-based) opportunity. Technology and training needed for success is provided.
