Position overview

We are looking for an Independent Sales Agent Poland for our International Sales Team. This position is responsible for generating new business in the designated area Poland. A successful candidate will produce a high level of sales activity through all phases of the client relationship: meeting with clients, generating and following up on leads, attending networking meetings and tradeshows, understanding client needs, creating proposals, closing business and delivering a high level of client satisfaction. Daily activity is reported and tracked in our CRM system (Synergy). Our Sales Agents are provided clear objectives and targets. PVO is already active in Poland and member of the Polish PV association. The position is remote-based; with support from our home office and operations team in Rosmalen, The Netherlands.


About you

  • Self-starter, result-oriented and independent;
  • Entrepreneurial, communicative strong, proactive and a reliable partner;
  • The ability to built relationships with clients and secure business is a must;
  • Native level command of the local language and proficient in English;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales. Experience in the Solar Industry is a must;
  • Living in Southern Poland is a preference.


Terms of employment

  • Independent contractor. This is a remote (home-based) opportunity. All technology and training needed for success is provided.
