Position overview

PVO International is growing rapidly and therefore we are looking for a motivated account manager to strengthen our sales team in Germany. You understand how to build strong and long term relationships with our customers by thinking and advising them as a partner on a strategic level.

Together with the back office team, you serve a group of customers and provide fanatical support during their procurement process. You are decisive for the success of our customers by sharing the right knowledge and offering personal attention. You are on top of the developments within our market and recognizes sales opportunities. You understand what customers need in order to be and remain successful.

You will be given freedom in achieving your objectives. You are part of a motivated team of account managers. Frequently, you will work together at our showroom in Krefeld or visit our headquarter in Rosmalen, The Netherlands. You will also work independently from home or at the location of our customers.

  • You build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers;
  • You are a sparring partner to your colleagues and customers;
  • You are often on the road with and to our customers and acts as an intermediairy between the customers and PVO;
  • You understand the dynamics of the market and recognizes interesting sales opportunities.


About you

  • You are commercially driven, proactive and have natural powers of persuasion;
  • You are result-oriented and have a professional attitude;
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment;
  • Bachelor degree;
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Sales. Experience in the Solar industry is an advantage.
