PVO Direct, part of European market leader and purchasing organisation PVO International, has launched its new webshop. This webshop has been specifically designed to allow installers in the solar energy sector, targeting individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to easily and quickly take advantage of an extensive product range.
In line with PVO International’s broader vision to accelerate the transition to a solar-powered world, PVO Direct was established. PVO Direct responds to this by providing a platform that enables fast ordering and delivery of smaller quantities. This complements PVO International’s existing procurement services and is aimed primarily at installers who want to be supplied within 24 hours. The focus is on local installers who want to quickly adapt their supply to changing market demand or have limited warehouse space.
Bob Leenen, general manager of PVO Direct, emphasises the company’s ambition: “With the new webshop, we are entering a segment in which we previously had limited activity, but where we see great potential and needs internationally. Currently active in the Benelux countries and Germany, PVO Direct will focus on expanding its product range for these specific markets in the coming period. Further internationalisation is planned for 2024.
